Juancho’s Fonda, a restaurant that will feature food described as “Colombian fusion,” is planning to open at 2619 Sweeten Creek Road, unit 30. Check out the Juancho’s Fonda menu here.
Farmese cocktail bar is planned at 5 Biltmore Ave., unit 1. (That’s the former Hana Japanese Hibachi & Sushi Bar location.) Work includes extensive renovation to the interior.
