Little Louie’s was formerly The Malvern bar, but Moss and his business partners rebranded the business to focus on food, in particular Moss’s love of cheesesteaks. Celebrated Asheville chef Elliott Moss is no longer participating in either the brand new Regina’s or Little Louie’s restaurants in West Asheville.
