Chef Elliott Moss, in the kitchen of Little Louie’s restaurant in March 2023 as he returned to the Asheville restaurant scene. Little Louie’s was formerly The Malvern bar, but Moss and his business partners rebranded the business to focus on food, in particular Moss’s love of cheesesteaks. In addition to Little Louie’s, Moss and his new team took the former Happy Hill restaurant, renovated it and opened Regina’s, which has focused on classic comfort food such as meatloaf and spaghetti./ photo by Jason Sandford
